Users may utilize these public laws as a research tool, but should check the Nitijela’s website to determine if the statute in which they are interested in has been amended.

On August 28, 2023, the Legislative Counsel advised the Judiciary that his office has yet to complete codification of public law enacted in the second half of 2021 and in 2022.
