Republic of the Marshall Islands Judiciary

Office hours for the Clerk of the Courts in Majuro and Ebeye are 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.

The Marshall Islands Judiciary observes the following public holidays:

• January 1 — New Year’s Day
• March 1 — Nuclear Survivors’ Remembrance Day
• Friday immediately before Easter Sunday — Good Friday
• May 1 — Constitution Day
• First Friday in July — Fisherman’s Day
• First Friday in September — Dri-Jerbal Day (Labor Day)
• Last Friday in September — Manit Day (Custom Day)
• Third Monday of November of an Election Year — General Election Day
• November 17 — President’s Day
• First Friday in December — Gospel Day
• December 25 — Christmas Day
