Welcome to the Marshall Islands Judiciary’s web site. The site, reflecting the Judiciary’s continuing commitment to providing access to justice, contains a number of resources, including the following: information on the courts; forms for self-represented litigants; Supreme Court and selected High Court and Traditional Rights Court decisions; court rules; rules of admission to practice; the Constitution, statutes, and selected regulations; customary law resources; and the Judiciary’s strategic plan and annual reports. We will endeavor to keep the site as current as possible and will seek up to date copies of the statutes from the Nitijela and regulations from the Office of the Attorney-General.
